The core challenge was to design a robust, secure, and easy-to-use application that catered to both property owners and their tenants.

My Solution: A Comprehensive Web Application

I developed a full-stack property management platform using **Next.js** for a performant and SEO-friendly frontend, and **React.js** for a dynamic user interface. I integrated **Tailwind CSS** to build a modern, responsive design and leveraged **Firebase** for real-time data handling, user authentication, and secure data storage. The solution included dashboards for landlords and tenants, a maintenance request system, and a property listings portal.
